Made up of three integrated areas, aqua london presents a host of indoor and outdoor entertaining options including aqua kyoto, aqua spirit and aqua nueva.

Aqua kyoto offers contemporary Japanese cuisine created by internationally celebrated chef Paul Greening. The restaurant offers an experience that encompasses unique styles of sushi and sashimi together with a selection of innovative dishes from the spectacular sumibiyaki (charcoal) grill.

Greening’s menu is inspired by the purity of Japanese cooking, using natural and foraged ingredients from around the UK. His seasonal dishes and concepts showcase his scientifically creative methods and innovative Japanese cuisine. The restaurant décor is a mix of the contemporary and the traditional.

Private dining rooms at Aqua London Regent Street

Aqua kyoto has a capacity for 110 guests and features a private dining room which seats up to 10 diners. The restaurant also boasts its own roof terrace with bar, that offers breath-taking views of Regent Street and beyond.

Aqua spirit is located off of the kyoto dining room and includes a stylish round bar with a halo of hand-crafted charcoal and seating that uses Japanese kimono silk as backdrops. The menu includes a list of cocktails which pay homage to the Japanese and Spanish flavours of aqua London’s two restaurants with some innovative twists on classic drinks.

Aqua nueva serves a contemporary Spanish menu by Head Chef Yahir Gonzalez. Priding himself on using only the freshest ingredients and preparing them in a way that lets the ingredients speak for themselves, the menu is divided into ‘classic’ and ‘contemporary’ plates. The restaurant and bar combines refined cuisine with a stylish Spanish-inspired interior designed by Robert Angell. Simultaneously offering a modern and traditional approach to the cuisine of Spain, aqua nueva can seat up to 120 diners and has two private dining rooms, both seat 15 guests which can be combined into one room to seat 30 or stand 80 with use of a private terrace. In addition, aqua nueva boasts a stunning roof terrace overlooking the city’s skyline.
