Customer comfort, for Cheshire, Manchester and north west private dining, is paramount. The rooms overlook stunning country or landscaped gardens for private occasions from family celebrations, including wedding receptions, to corporate entertaining.
The Laurent-Perrier suite, accommodating 130 people, has a separate, dedicated entrance, exclusive bar, dance floor and cloakroom.
The smaller Fallibroome and Brynlow rooms hold up to 20 and 12, respectively.
And the private dining ‘baby’– the impressively AV and IT-equipped Arley Suite – is fast carving its own reputation for corporate hospitality or romantic meals, private lunches or bespoke dining for up to six people, with bedroom facilities for overnight stays.
Modern British, international, and retro brasserie cuisine, with vegetarian or vegan choices, use the best quality fresh produce from local suppliers – complemented by a renowned list of fine wines, from £17.95, and Champagnes. Three courses, including coffee, is from £32.50 per person.
