Private dining event spaces at Roka Charlotte Street
In the cultural borough of Bloomsbury, tucked just behind bustling Oxford Street, the restaurant offers a perfect setting for small gatherings with friends, family or colleagues on one long table for up to 14 guests.
Originally conceived by renowned chef Rainer Becker, a flaming robata grill is at the heart of every Roka, providing a sense of theatre for diners.
A striking yet informal interior that reflects the strength and energy of fire, Roka’s distinctive, sensory environment is designed to wrap each diner in a comfortable cocoon of warmth, welcome and hospitality, serving contemporary Japanese robatayaki cuisine. Groups can choose from two tasting menus, showcasing Roka favourite dishes.
Nestled below the main restaurant is the Shochu lounge, with a dramatic interior and low lighting, perfect for group dinners of up to 30 people and drinks receptions up to 40 people. The lounge can also be hired exclusively for up to 50 guests seated or 80 guests standing.
There are no room hire charges, a minimum spend of food and beverage applies.
