Private dining rooms in London for birthday lunch & dinner events

The Larder Room at OPSO Greek restaurant in Marylebone accommodates up to 40 seated guests for private dining events or up to 80 guests for standing drinks receptions. Exclusive restaurant hire is also available for up to 80 seated (130 standing) guests.

Quaglino’s has two rooms available for private dining events. The Prince of Wales Room can seat up to 40 and The Giovanni Room seats up to 14.

The private dining room at Rotunda – overlooking Regent’s Canal and just a few moments stroll from Kings Cross and St. Pancras stations – accommodates up to 30 seated guests (16 boardroom seating style) or up to 60 guests for standing drinks events.

The Narrow by Gordon Ramsay has private dining rooms accommodating 18 – 60 seated guests or 30 – 90 guests for standing drinks receptions. Restaurant takeover also available for up to 150 seated (200 standing) guests.

Sartoria in Savile Row has two elegant private dining rooms; both seating up to 25 guests or up to 50 when combined. For more intimate private dining events, The Wine Room seats up to 6 guests.

Savoy Grill by Gordon Ramsay has a Chef’s Table private dining room seating up to 8 guests. The restaurant itself is available for exclusive takeover for up to 100 seated (200 standing) guests.

Scott’s of Mayfair is a fish and seafood restaurant also specialising in game and has a private dining room that can seat up to 40 dining guests. For more intimate events The Renoir Room seats up to 8 guests at one table.

With breathtaking views of the London skyline, the private dining rooms at Searcys at The Gherkin can accommodate 16 – 50 guests or 25 – 60 guests for standing receptions.

The two private dining rooms at St Pancras Brasserie & Champagne Bar by Searcys seat 14 – 20 guests or up to 30 guests for standing drinks receptions. Other private spaces accommodate up to 150 seated (220 standing) guests.

South Place Hotel in the heart of The City, close to Moorgate tube, has private dining rooms accommodating between 12 to 100 seated guests or 50 – 180 standing guests for drinks receptions.

The two private dining rooms at Covent Garden’s The 10 Cases can accommodate between 8 to 14 guests. The Cave a Vin allows you to dine in the wine cellar!

The two private dining rooms at The Delaunay in Aldwych accommodate up to 10 and 16 seated guests or 24 guests on a single table, when combined. The Delaunay Counter is also available to hire exclusively for evening events, accommodating up to 30 seated guests or 70 guests for standing drinks receptions.
