Alfi is a modern Italian restaurant and wine bar. The food menu marries classical italian cooking with some more contemporary flavours and techniques.
Grilled prawns are a house favorite with a classic garlic and chilli dressing alongside a lovage mayo. Cacio e pepe with bucatini goes perfectly with our Cataratto from Valdibella, Sicily.
Deserts are all made in house, today there is chocolate cake and a vanilla & caramel cheesecake.
Our wine list has classical grape varietals such as Chardonnay from Montrachet but also a focus on natural, organic and biodynamic wines. Zibibbo from Sicily is an Alfi favourite currently producing some fantastic bottles.
The venue is a spacious haven in the heart of Spitalfields with a covered terrace overlooking the market.
Private dining at Alfi restaurant
We have a private dining room which can hold up to 40 guests in an intimate setting. It can be combined with any of our other areas in the venue depending on the type of event you wish to organise.
The private dining room is accessed through our bottle shop. It features artwork from young british artists such as Christina Kimeze and Lydia Blakely. Lighting is from Alice Palmer.
We have a boules court on our outside terrace and two darts boards.
