Apothecaries’ Hall is a discreet, delightful historic venue in the heart of the city offering bespoke event management, on-site catering and total commitment to the success of your event.
Located a stone’s throw both from St Paul’s and the Old Bailey. The Hall is approached through an atmospheric private courtyard, of a cobbled lane that has survived intact since the Great Fire.
Few venues can boast a history like Great Hall with its high ceiling and beautiful stained-glass windows, transporting guests back in time.
Private dining event rooms at Apothecaries’ Hall
The beautifully furnished Great Hall remains as it was in 1670 with a carved screen at the south end of the room, a minstrels’ gallery at the north end, and an oak floor, dating from 1671. The room is full of life-sized portraits containing Coats of Arms of Past Masters and former Officers of the Society, ideal for larger dinners.
For more intimate events, the Court Room is a charming room. The Court Room and adjoining Parlour are filled with fine paintings and antiquities and offer atmospheric reception spaces. Available by special request for corporate, city, charity and some private events.
Walking through the new entrance and ‘The Shop’, you pass the Halls best secret, its secluded courtyard, accessed through French doors.
Your event planner will work with you to create your ideal event with our approved suppliers, with advice on decoration, linen, flowers, menu and table setting.
