Chef Quique Dacosta’s lifelong passion for paella and wood-fired cooking has been brought to life at Arros QD in Fitzrovia.
The restaurant’s six metre wood-fired stove is the focal point of the kitchen where the chefs weave their magic.
Theatrical seating is to be found around the downstairs open kitchen with a classic dining experience on the upper floor.
This unique Spanish Mediterranean restaurant was conceived by renowned Spanish interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán and has open fires and a glazed wine cellar providing a spectacular visual backdrop in which to experience the creation of paella.
The menu combines Mediterranean influences with locally sourced ingredients, accompanied by classic wines from around the world, as well as many undiscovered Spanish gems that you will find nowhere else in London.
