The Aulis Experience
Aulis London, Simon Rogan’s Soho chef’s table concept, reopened its doors again in August with Executive Chef of Roganic and Aulis UK and Hong Kong, Oli Marlow at the helm.
Aulis London is a stand-alone dining destination, acting as the experimental hub for world renowned chef Simon Rogan, and his team of London chefs at Michelin starred Roganic due to open again later this year.
Hidden on St Anne’s Court, just off Dean Street in Soho, Aulis is a truly unique dining experience. It is Simon’s way of inviting you behind the scenes to share insider knowledge about his philosophy, where a deep respect for nature and the wild meets cutting edge technique, imagination and passion.
Expect a single 13-course tasting menu which reflects Simon’s signature style and farm to fork ethos, the innovative dishes will depict seasonal flavours and hero ingredients.
The Chef’s Table Private Dining Room at Aulis
Exclusively limited to eight diners at lunch and dinner, Aulis London offers a dynamic and interactive dining experience, in which a series of dishes are cooked and served in front of you by your two dedicated chefs, explained at every stage.
Aulis London is available to take over in its entirety and is the perfect setting for a special and safe gathering amongst family and friends. For non – private hire, the restaurant will take bookings for up to a total of six people from a maximum of three individual households to ensure safe distancing guidelines are met.
A seat at the exclusive eight-seater chef’s table costs £195 per person. This includes an arrival drink and selection of wine pairings, each carefully chosen to complement dishes. Water, soft drinks, tea and coffee, and service charge are also included.
