Lisboeta, literally meaning ‘a person from Lisbon’, is Chef Patron Nuno Mendes’ love letter to the city he grew up in, and the place he calls home.
Set across three floors, Lisboeta celebrates the food, wine, and traditions of Lisbon.
Lisboeta has been recognised in the World’s 50 Best Discovery list as well as the National Restaurant Awards 2024.
The menu centres on Petiscos, Portuguese-style-small plates designed to share, inspired by the gastronomic highlights of Lisbon, and traditional desserts with a Lisboeta twist. These humble favourites sit alongside seasonal produce sourced direct from Portugal, showcasing the best of our seas and shores, such as Carabineiros, giant deep-sea scarlet prawns.
Private dining room at Lisboeta
On the lower ground floor is the Adega, Lisboeta’s private dining room. A home-from-home overlooking the wine cellar, the Adega is an extension of the restaurant in a familial setting, hosting up to twelve guests.
Immersed in the heart of the restaurant, this space is underpinned by a passion for Portuguese food and drink.
Guests are served an ever-changing, sharing-style menu crafted by Chef Patron Nuno Mendes, based on seasonal produce brought directly from Portugal, as well as traditional and creative takes on Portugal’s gastronomic heritage.
