A large table at the centre of the room, seating up to 12 people, is the focus of the space where you can gather with your guests, enjoying their company, your choice of food and our truly unique Radisson Collection surroundings.
With a range of menus available, priced from £25 per person, our selection of dishes can cater for any event or taste, freshly prepared in our Cucina restaurant, which specialises in Scottish brasserie-style dining. Our seasonal menus feature innovative dishes using locally sourced ingredients and Scottish herbs grown in-house in the hotel’s own EvoGro hydroponic. As well as a regularly changing menu, signature highlights include a venison tartar with wild mushroom sorbet, traditional Scottish Cullen Skink, and a delicious pork fillet with pork belly, mini Stornoway black pudding, apple and red endive.
