Vintners’ Hall has origins steeped in the history of the City of London. To this day the Vintners’ Company continues to maintain strong links with the UK Wine Trade, with Vintners’ Hall known as the Trade’s “spiritual home”.
It’s a stunning venue which can be hired to host dinners or lunches in either the Livery Hall or our Company Boardroom.
Private dining event spaces at Searcys at Vintners’ Hall
The current Livery Hall with high ceilings, grand chandeliers and intricate carvings was built in 1671 and is a spectacular space to hold lunches and dinners and can accommodate from 30 to 158 guests. The hall is exclusively hired at £1,800+vat for day time (9am-5pm) and £2,600+vat for evenings (6pm – 11pm)
The Boardroom at Vintners’ Hall was built in 1911 and exudes an elegant Edwardian ambiance. This room can accommodate dinners or lunches for up to 25 guests. Our Boardroom is hired exclusively at £500.00 + vat (11am to 4pm) or £700.00 + vat (6pm to 11pm), in addition you can use the Roof Garden Terrace for a drinks reception or just to admire the amazing views of St Paul’s, The Shard.
The Gassiot Room is ideally suited for lunches, dinners & meetings and seats up to 24 guests at one table. This historic City event space can also accommodate up to 24 guests for standing drinks receptions.
Vintners’ Hall is operated by Searcys, a catering company which was founded in 1847 by John Searcy. The partnership between Searcys and the Vintners’ company means you will receive fantastic service as well as expert suggestions for both your food and wine. With a Modern British style cuisine our menus are changed seasonally and we can create bespoke menus if required.
Menu prices start from £57.50 per person +VAT for an exquisite 3 course meal with coffee and chocolates and our entry wine starts at £26.50+VAT per bottle.
