The Brush is an all-day East London Grand Cafe, Lounge and Cocktail Bar, located in the heart of Hoxton. This Hoxton hotspot is open at all hours of the day from breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.
The menu features signature dishes influenced by the diverse culinary landscape of East London whilst bringing together European influences, local ingredients, bold flavours and fresh ingredients.
The Cocktail Bar takes inspiration from Europe with an imaginative, modern take on classic cocktails joining a varied selection of wines and spirits from across Europe.
The Lounge is open all day, serving a curated menu of light snacks and available to use as a workspace, ideal for the digital nomad. Come evening, the Cocktail Bar and Lounge will both come alive with live music and DJs to take guests late into the evening with a cocktail in hand.
