Our private dining room is perfect for groups of up to 16 people looking for private dining in Brighton.
The private dining room offers exceptional views of the Brighton seafront, including the iconic West Pier ruins, and is moments away from the Brightoni360.
The Salt Room also has semi-private and private dining options for larger groups.
Our mezzanine level, which is the open plan, slightly raised area of the restaurant with floor to ceiling windows, is available for groups up to 35 people.
Exclusive hire of The Salt Room gives guests full access to the excellent cocktail bar, main dining room, mezzanine and terrace.
The terrace can accommodate up to 50 people and seated and 100 people standing, making it an ideal option for summer away days. Included in all group bookings is our in-house events manager who will organize all details leading up to the day and be available for co-ordination on the day of the event.
