The Stablehand is a beautiful, historic British gastropub offering a taste of classic British fayre. The pub is ideally situated in in Lancaster Gate, just a short walk from Hyde Park.
Groups can enjoy a taste of authentic British cuisine, with dishes made using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The bar list features a wide variety of beers and spirits produced exclusively in Britain, and the unique wine list includes wines sustainably sourced from English and Welsh countrysides, supported by a few exquisite bottles from the Commonwealth.
Private dining rooms at The Stablehand
There are 2 beautifully furnished private dining rooms which are the perfect setting for any event, be it an intimate gathering with friends and family or a larger corporate dinner.
The Garden Room is a bright and airy space on the ground floor, perfect for lunchtime gatherings, seating up to 20 guests or 25 standing.
The Wine Cellar is a cosy room located on the lower level of the restaurant seating up to 22 guests or 30 standing.
Smaller groups of up to 12 guests can order from our a la carte menu, and for groups of 13 or more we offer a selection of set menus to choose from, or alternatively our chef can prepare a more bespoke menu tailored for your group.
