Demetre, along with Executive Chef Gergely Csaba, has created a renowned set lunch menu, one of the most affordable Michelin-starred menus in London, at only £40 for three courses.
The interiors at Wild Honey St James were designed by Jim Hamilton, with feature furniture pieces created in collaboration with George Smith.
